Privacy Alei-Noodle Knits respects and is committed to protecting your online privacy and does not sell, rent, or give away personal information. Personal information includes your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and payment information. We gather this information with the sole purpose of processing and/or contacting you about your order. Your trust is important to us and will be respected during every transaction you initiate. By creating a new account you are adding security to your checkout process. There is no charge for creating an account and your information is private and will be used for contacting you regarding your order(s) ONLY. Returns/Exchanges
Due to the nature of knitted items, returns and/or exchanges are not accepted. It is your responsiblity to make sure you have the correct measurements before purchasing.
Yarn colorways may be returned or exchanged for another colorway of the same fiber base. All yarn must be unknit, skeined, and with original tags/bands.
Tracking
We provide tracking numbers for all packages and once the package has been shipped Alei-Noodle Knits is no longer responsible for the package or the length of time it arrives at your door. If you have issues with delivery please contact the United States Postal Service at www.usps.com or if your order was shipped by UPS please contact them at www.ups.com.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal or you can use your PayPal account to pay. If you do not have a PayPal account, visit www.paypal.com to sign up for a free account.
Shipping
Alei-Noodle Knits will ship your order 3 business days after payment is accepted for non-custom products. The shipping charges will vary based on your zip/postal code. We ship via USPS Priority Mail for both domestic and international orders and UPS Standard Overnight for domestic orders only.
